Amy Dender possesses over fifteen years of commercial real estate experience, including office, retail and industrial real estate management. Amy oversees the operations and management of commercial real estate including industrial, flex, office parks in the greater Sacramento area. Her current duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to tenant retention, aggressive rent collections, construction management, leasing, monthly financial assessments and reporting.
Amy’s skills and talents enable her to work efficiently and effectively with other members of commercial real estate networks including Brokers, other managers and owners. Prior to joining GPR Ventures, Amy worked for Sperry Commercial Inc. for five years and Jones Commercial Inc. for ten years. Amy currently holds an active California Real Estate License.
