Glen Yonekura is a co-founder and Managing Principal of GPR Ventures. Since 2004, he has been successfully conducting private placement real estate investment, operating and deploying capital in real estate markets throughout California and the United States, and internationally including Canada, providing end-to-end investment opportunity for a select, sophisticated investor base composed of high-net-worth individuals and families.
Glen provides direct operational support for every GPR Ventures asset from acquisition through disposition. Together with co-founder and Managing Partner Phil Rolla, Glen also oversees the GPR Ventures investment committee, directing all investments and asset management for each GPR Ventures project.
Glen has executed over 50 acquisitions to date, including light industrial, office, commercial, mixed use, and residential development. He has acquired vast experience navigating state and federal land-use agencies, political bureaucracies, various commissions and financial institutions critical to real estate development throughout the United States and abroad.
Glen attained a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Finance from Santa Clara University, an International MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University, and studied international finance at the University of Durham, England. He serves as a member of the Santa Clara University Board of Fellows.
