Bradshaw 2 is GPR’s second acquisition on Bradshaw Road in Sacramento, CA. The asset was purchased in September 2017, and consists of eight industrial/office buildings totaling 167,223 square feet. With a major renovation just completed in 2016, ownership hopes to quickly stabilize the project.
