Property Overview
Charter Park consists of two light industrial buildings totaling 53,399 square feet and is located in San Jose, California. At the time of the acquisition in August 2012, the buildings were 53% leased. Ownership completed exterior and interior upgrades which contributed to increasing the occupancy of the project to 100% at the time of the building's successful sale in July 2015.
