Gold River, also known as Regent’s Park, is a 140,162 square foot office complex consisting of eight, two-story garden-style office buildings. The asset was purchased in December 2016 and is located near Sacramento in Gold River, California. In 2017, ownership completed major renovations to the project including updated landscaping, new paint, suite signage upgrades, a move-in ready spec suite, new front doors for suites, and better exterior lighting.
