Point West is a 56,568 square foot multi-tenant commercial office building located in Sacramento, California. At the time of the asset's purchase in May 2014 the building was 52% leased. Ownership completed major exterior and interior renovations and was very aggressive in its on-site management and leasing efforts. These efforts contributed to increasing the occupancy of the project to 97% at the time of the building's successful sale in December 2017.
