Property Overview
River Park 2 is GPR’s second acquisition on River Park Drive in Sacramento, California. The property consists of three commercial office buildings totaling 71,958 square feet, and was purchased in December 2016. In 2017, ownership completed major renovations to the project including updated landscaping, new entry concrete, remodeled lobbies, interior artwork in hallways and lobbies, new paint, new suite front doors and signage, and new tenant directories.
